Sevendust Pull Out Of Alter Bridge's December UK Arena Tour

Thursday, 12 December 2019 Written by Jon Stickler

Sevendust have pulled out of Alter Bridge's fast approaching Walk The Sky Tour.

The Atlanta rockers were due to play six shows as support alongside Shinedown but have been forced to withdraw from the bill due to drummer and vocalist Morgan Rose being hospitalised with an unspecified illness. They will be replaced by the Raven Age, who have already been supporting Alter Bridge across Europe.

Check out the statement from Sevendust below.

"It is with a heavy heart we have to say that we will not be able to join our brothers in Alter Bridge and Shinedown on the upcoming UK tour dates on the #WalkTheSkyTour.

"Morgan is sick, in the hospital and under Doctor orders not to move or leave the country. We will make it up to you all! See you guys at the Acoustic Xmas shows."

The band's US acoustic shows later this month currently remain unaffected.

Alter Bridge Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Sat December 14 2019 - NOTTINGHAM Motorpoint Arena
Sun December 15 2019 - MANCHESTER Arena
Tue December 17 2019 - GLASGOW SSE Hydro
Wed December 18 2019 - BIRMINGHAM Arena
