The Orb To Present Le Petit Orb Shows Across The UK In Autumn

A pared-down iteration of The Orb will tour the UK this autumn.
Le Petit Orb will hit 19 intimate venues between October 28 and December 12, including stops in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, Exeter, Cardiff, Nottingham, Norwich, Brighton, Galway, Dublin, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle.
Each date will feature original member Alex Paterson joined on the decks by mixing engineer and longtime collaborator Michael Rendell, with the pair performing a selection of The Orb classics and rarities as voted for by ticket holders.
In addition, each gig will begin with a Paterson interview and curated Q&A session. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on September 17.
The Orb will embark on a rescheduled headline UK tour in June 2022. They released their 16th album, ’Abolition Of The Royal Familia’, in March 2020 via Cooking Vinyl.
