Ville Valo Announces VV Debut Album 'Neon Noir', Confirms 2023 Tour Dates In UK, Europe And US

Ville Valo will bring his Neon Noir Tour to the UK in spring 2023.
The HIM vocalist has lined up shows in Bristol, Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester and London, where he'll finish up the run at the O2 Forum Kentish Town on March 15. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on April 11.
The tour will also head across mainland Europe throughout February and March, then the US in April and May. Tickets for Europe go on sale at 10am CET on April 11, with the US following at 10am local time on April 15.
The news arrives ahead of the singer and songwriter's new solo single, Loveletting, which is due for release tomorrow (April 8) and marks his first new music in two years. His last full-length release was a 2019 self-titled LP as Ville Valo & Agents.
The track is the first preview of his debut album under his new VV moniker, 'Neon Noir', which is due to arrive early next year, though an exact release date has not yet been confirmed. In a statement about Loveletting, he said:
“As fun as the funeral rites for HIM were, it took me more than a few moons to lick my wounds in the shadow of the Heartagram and come up with an excuse to strum and hum again. Eventually I decided to put a leash on my beloved black dog and we started howling together instead of barking at each other. That's how Loveletting was born."
