Yungblud Posts New Track Tissues

Wednesday, 31 August 2022 Written by Laura Johnson

Yunglud has posted a new track.

Tissues is the latest preview of his self-titled third album, following the previously shared cuts The Funeral, Memories with Willow, and Don't Feel Like Feeling Sad Today.

The earworm pop-rock song samples The Cure's track Close To Me, and subsequently is a more light-hearted offering musically than its predecessors, while lyrically revealing the Doncaster artist is a hopeless romantic at heart: "'Cause everybody wants to feel love, Everybody wants to be adored."

The full-length follow-up to 2020's 'Weird!' is due out on September 2. The same day he'll kick off his America As F*** Record Store Tour, following which he'll embark on the International As Fuck Tour of the UK and Europe.

The Doncaster-born singer and songwriter will also headline arenas across the UK in February, including London’s OVO Arena Wembley on February 25, before heading to mainland Europe. Support in the UK will come from Neck Deep. Tickets are on sale now.
