U2 Add Seven Dates To U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere Run In Las Vegas Due To Demand

U2 have added seven shows to their U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere Las Vegas residency.
Due to demand for tickets, the Irish rock legends have extended their stay in Sin City, with additional concerts on October 11, 13, 14, 18, 20, 21 and 25, bringing the total number of gigs to 12.
U2 will be the first act to perform at the new state-of-the-art Sphere at The Venetian, which boasts 160,000 square feet of video viewing space, and an exterior exosphere that changes the look of the building via LED technology.
The performances, which celebrate their 1991 album 'Achtung Baby', will be without drummer Larry Mullen Jr., who will be recovering from back surgery. Bram van den Berg will step in as his replacement.
Ticketmaster's Verified Fan registration remains open until Wednesday, April 26, at 10am ET. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on April 28. However, that is only if tickets remain following the pre-sales.
