U2 have returned with a new single, Street Of Dreams.

Released via Island Records and produced by Jacknife Lee, the uplifting track is built around The Edge's signature chiming guitar tones and Larry Mullen Jr.'s rolling snare percussion, alongside Bono's passionate, soaring vocals. It arrives as U2 celebrate 50 years together in 2026 and marks the first taste of their forthcoming, yet-to-be announced studio album, their first in nine years, due out later this year.

Head below to view the song's accompanying video, filmed near Plaza Santo Domingo in Mexico City in May, where the band also attended the 2026 Street Child World Cup Finals Tournament at Parque Ecológico Lago de Texcoco.

The track follows U2's two surprise EPs, 'Days Of Ash' and 'Easter Lily', which dropped in February and April, respectively.

The band released their latest studio album of original material, 'Songs Of Experience', in 2017, through in 2023 they put out 'Songs Of Surrender', featuring reworkings of earlier tracks, followed in 2024 by previously unheard material from the sessions for 2004's 'How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb' LP.
