Chris Farren Announces New Album 'Doom Singer', Shares Lead Single Cosmic Leash

Chris Farren has announced a new album.
'Doom Singer' will arrive on August 4 via Polyvinyl, and was produced entirely by Melina Duterte, better known as Jay Som, who also handled engineering and mixing.
Comprising 10 tracks, it includes contributions from Farren's Antarctigo Vespucci bandmate Jeff Rosenstock on bass and saxophone, and Frankie Impastato on drums. Duterte also played on the album.
As a preview, the singer-songwriter has shared the record's lead single, Cosmic Leash, a hooky rocker that offers a catchy melody and expressive vocals. Head below to view the accompanying video from director Clay Tatum.
Farren will tour the UK in late summer, before hitting the road for a North American run of dates in September and October. Tickets are on sale.
