Dylan John Thomas Plots November Headline UK Tour, Shares New Single Yesterday Is Gone

Dylan John Thomas has announced UK shows for the autumn.
The Glasgow singer-songwriter will call in Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham, Cardiff, Southampton, London and Aberdeen during November. He'll also play two hometown shows at Barrowlands, returning after selling out three dates at the iconic venue in 2022. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on July 6.
To accompany the news, the breakthrough folk artist has shared a new single called Yesterday Is Gone, which marks his first new music of 2023. Produced alongside frequent collaborator Rich Turvey, the synth-tinged acoustic track comes from the sessions of Thomas' forthcoming debut album, with details on that to be revealed soon. He said:
"Yesterday Is Gone was recorded in Liverpool a couple of months ago and I’m looking forward to playing it live. It’s a bit different for us – I was listening to a lot of synth film soundtracks at the time."
