Chappell Roan Announces Debut Album 'The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess'

Chappell Roan, aka Kayleigh Rose Amstutz, has announced her debut album.
'The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess' is scheduled to arrive on September 22 via Amusement/Island Records.
It'll feature the Missouri-born rising pop artist's previously shared singles Red Wine Supernova, which came out in May, and the March track Kaleidoscope, as well as 2022's Casual and 2020's Pink Pony Club.
The news comes with an official album trailer, which you can view below. In a message accompanying the teaser, Roan said:
"After 4 years in the making comes my 14-song album holding stories of unearthing my true self and fearlessly embracing queerness. With the contrast of my Midwestern upbringing and living in one of the biggest cities in the U.S., 'The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess' mirrors the rollercoaster of being the popstar I always wanted to be."
Roan will embark on a headline North American tour in September. Billed as The Midwest Princess Tour, it includes stops in Denver, Milwaukee, Nashville, Montreal, Philadelphia, DC, New Orleans, Berkeley, and more.
