Paul Weller Announces 17th Solo Album '66' With New Single Soul Wandering

Paul Weller has shared details of a new album.
The follow-up to 2021's 'Fat Pop (Volume 1)' and 2022's 'Will Of The People' compilation is title '66' and will arrive on May 24, the day before the singer-songwriter's 66th birthday.
Recorded at Weller's Black Barn studio over three years, it'll feature 12 songs, including collaborations with Suggs, Bobby Gillespie, Noel Gallagher, Christophe Vaillant, Say She She, Dr Robert, Richard Hawley, Steve Brooks and Max Beesley.
As a preview, Weller has shared Soul Wandering, a soulful rock track that was co-written by Gillespie. Stream it below, alongside the LP's Peter Blake-designed cover art. Blake previously provided the artwork for Weller's 1995 third solo album, 'Stanley Road'.
The Modfather has a number of UK and Ireland shows in the diary for the spring and summer, including an appearance at London's Royal Albert Hall as part of the annual Teenage Cancer Trust concert series. Tickets are on sale now.
