J.I.D has announced a world tour, billed as God Does Like World Tours.
The Atlanta rapper will start the trek with the North American leg, which will begin on October 15 in Virginia Beach and run until December 16, when he'll wrap things up with the second of two nights in Brooklyn. An Atlanta show is still to be announced.
The European leg will follow next, kicking off on March 2 in Helsinki and concluding with dates in London, Bristol, Manchester and Dublin between April 2 and 7.
The Australia and New Zealand run is lined up between May 13 and 23, calling in Auckland, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. The Asia leg is still to be revealed, though J.I.D has confirmed via the tour poster that it will run from May 26 to June 3.
Tickets for the UK, Europe and North America go on general sale at 10am local time this Friday (August 22). Tickets for Australia and New Zealand will follow at 11.30am local time on August 26.
The tour's name is a play on the title of his new album, 'God Does Like Ugly', which arrived in early August, and also cribs from Atmosphere’s ‘God Loves Ugly’, which some consider to be one of the greatest underground rap albums of all time.
