Ariana Grande and Jonathan Bailey will star in a revival of Sunday In The Park With George in London in summer 2027.

The Wicked co-stars will reunite for the reboot of Stephen Sondheim's award-winning musical at London's Barbican Theatre, with tickets set to go on sale this May.

With music and lyrics by Sondheim and a book by James Lapine, the production, which debuted on Broadway in 1984, will be directed by Marianne Elliott, with design by Tom Scutt.

The Hollywood stars teased the announcement, posting an Instagram photo of themselves sat in front of the Georges Seurat painting that inspired the production.

Grande and Bailey are no strangers to one another, having starred as Glinda and Fiyero in the recent film adaptation of the musical Wicked and its sequel, Wicked: For Good.

The Oscar-nominated and Grammy-winning American actress and singer is already set to spend part of this summer in London, with 10 dates scheduled at the O2 Arena between August 15 and September 1 as part of her Eternal Sunshine Tour. The North American leg runs from June 6 to August 6.

The tour marks her return to the stage after six years, following her record-breaking Sweetener World Tour, and supports her seventh studio album, 2024's 'Eternal Sunshine', which was followed by multiple expanded deluxe editions.
