Middleman have shared another track from their upcoming debut album.
Before it was finished, the rising London DIY four-piece jokingly called Carry The Lie "The Bruce Springsteen Song" because of its bold, rock-orientated sound, with vocalist-guitarist Noah Alves explaining that, "Carrying The Lie refers to the amount of inherited truths one can be instilled with, without fully questioning them."
The track follows their earlier singles Vacant Days and The Furthest Place in offering a glimpse into 'Following The Ghost', due out on February 13 via Evil Speaker Records.
The band will support the LP with a series of UK shows between February 21 and March 8, including stops in London, Cardiff, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield. Head here for more details.
Middleman put out their second EP, 'John Dillinger Died For You', in 2024, following up their 2022 debut EP, 'Cut Out The Middleman'. You can read more about the band in our recent Next Gen: Stereoboard's Ones To Watch in 2026 feature here.
