Grace Jones is the next headliner to be confirmed for Palace Bowl Presents.
The trailblazing Jamaican singer, songwriter, model, actress, and overall icon will top the bill at the inaugural London concert series at Crystal Palace Bowl on July 31. Support will come from Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Soul II Soul, with more still to be announced. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on February 20.
Only yesterday, Gary Numan was announced for the series, set to headline on August 6 with support from Marc Almond, who'll be performing the songs of Soft Cell as well as solo hits, and Ladytron. Tickets for his show also go on general sale at 10am on February 20.
The Palace Bowl Presents series will also host the Gospel Garden Festival on August 2, featuring headliners Kirk Franklin and Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Bastille and The Wombats will co-headline on August 13. Tickets for those events are already on sale.
Jones' most recent albums are 2011's 'Hurricane / Dub' and the 2015 compilation 'Disco'.
