The Twilight Sad Release New Single Attempt A Crash Landing - Theme

The Twilight Sad have released a third single from their upcoming album.
Atmospheric and emotionally-charged, Attempt A Crash Landing - Theme builds through James Graham's impassioned vocals over Andy MacFarlane's swirling guitars, marking one of the most powerful tracks on the deeply moving 'It's The Long Goodbye'.
The Scottish post-punks announced the follow-up to 2019's 'It Won/T Be Like This All The Time' in January, confirming its March 27 release. The album reflects Graham's grief over his mother's death from early-onset frontotemporal dementia in 2023, which severely affected his mental health.
Alongside the initial details, the duo shared the track Designed To Lose, which followed their earlier single Waiting For The Phone Call featuring The Cure's Robert Smith on guitar, released last October.
The band will support the record with a UK and European tour in the spring, followed by several dates supporting The Cure and an appearance at North Yorkshire's Deer Shed Festival in the summer. Tickets for all shows are on sale now.
