McFly have announced an outdoor show in Glasgow for the summer.
The BRIT Award-winning pop-rockers will headline Queens Park on August 27 as part of Summer Nights on the Southside.
Headliners already confirmed for the series include Callum Beattie on August 28, Super Furry Animals on August 29 for the Mogwai-curated Big City all-dayer, and Scissor Sisters on August 30.
The new show is the latest to be announced by McFly, who already have several major outdoor dates in the diary for the summer, including Pub In The Park Marlow, St. Mary's Stadium in Southampton, Live At Rochester Castle, Borde Hill Summer Series, Live At Lincoln Castle, Forest Live concerts, two nights at Live At The Piece Hall in Halifax and a performance at Cardiff Castle for Depot Live.
Ahead of their summer dates, McFly will appear for a live television/podcast recording for Song Cake today (March 18) at Here East media complex at Olympic Park in East London, followed by a benefit concert at Cardiff's DEPOT on March 22, raising funds for The Matt Willis Recovery Project and Developing A Caring Wales.
Tickets for their new Glasgow show go on general sale at 9am on Friday. All other dates are on sale now.
McFly put out their latest studio album, 'Power To Play', in 2023. More recently, last spring they released '21 Live', recorded during their 21st anniversary celebrations at the O2 Arena in London.
