Evil Island have teamed up with Sleigh Bells' Alexis Krauss for a new single, Melted Heart.
The noise-pop track arrives with a video directed by Jonah Ray and will appear on the band's debut album, 'Terraform The Afterlife', alongside their earlier singles Animal, released earlier this month, and Tiger Baby, which dropped in April.
The supergroup, comprising Johnny Whitney, Cody Votolato and Mark Gajadhar of The Blood Brothers, Autry Fulbright II (formerly of OFF! and …And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead) and Todd Weinstock (formerly of Glassjaw) — will release 'Terraform The Afterlife' on August 14 via Blowed Out Records.
In addition to Krauss, the album will also feature guest vocal contributions from Michael Gatto of XCOMM and Fugazi's Guy Picciotto, who hasn't sung on a record since the final Fugazi album, 2001's 'The Argument'.
