The Coral have announced dates for their first headline UK tour in three years.
Hot on the heels of the release of their surprise 13th album, '388', last month, the Merseyside five-piece will play a mix of intimate dates and arena shows in the autumn.
Stops include Sheffield's Foundry, Newcastle's Boiler Shop, Leeds' Project House, London's KOKO, Manchester's Albert Hall and Birmingham's O2 Institute between October 2 and 24, alongside dates with The Mary Wallopers at Brighton Centre on October 17, Dublin's 3Arena on December 10 and Glasgow's OVO Hydro on December 12.
Dave McCabe of The Zutons will support the show in Sheffield, while Mozart Estate will feature on the Newcastle, Leeds, London, Manchester and Birmingham dates. Tickets for all dates go on general sale at 9.30am on Friday (July 3). Their shows with The Mary Wallopers are on sale now.
Alongside the news, the band have released a video for the '388' track Leave It In The Past, which was shot on location in Birkenhead Market and directed by James Slater whose work with the band includes early music videos, such as Pass It On and In The Morning, and the 2025 feature-length documentary, Dreaming of You: The Making of The Coral. It follows the band's previously unveiled video for another '388' track, Let The Music Play.
Ahead of the tour, The Coral will continue their run of summer festivals and concert series shows, with performances lined up at Tramlines in Sheffield, Kendal Calling in the Lake District, Victorious Festival in Portsmouth, and The Big Feastival in the Cotswolds. They'll also support The Courteeners' massive one-off homecoming outdoor show at Manchester's Wythenshawe Park in August.
