The Strokes Unveil Going Shopping Video Starring Walton Goggins

The Strokes have shared a video for Going Shopping.
The track arrived back in April as the first single from the New York indie giants' upcoming seventh album, 'Reality Awaits', while the Johann Rashid-directed promo was shot on the Spanish island of Tenerife and features actor Walton Goggins lip-syncing the song alongside frontman Julian Casablancas, echoing the iconic video for Paul Simon's 1986 hit You Can Call Me Al featuring Chevy Chase.
The long-awaited follow-up to 2020's 'The New Abnormal' is set for release on July 24 and will also include the Grammy-winning band's spring single, Falling Out Of Love.
They'll support the LP with the Reality Awaits Tour, spanning North America, the UK, Europe, South America and Asia between July and December. They’ll be supported by Thundercat, Cage the Elephant, and Hamilton Leithauser on select North American dates, while Fat White Family and Alex Cameron will feature on the UK and European leg. Tickets are on sale now.
