LA Priest, the project of singer-songwriter Sam Eastgate, has outlined plans for his fourth album.

'Into The Sky', the follow-up to 2023's 'Fase Luna' and his 2024 EP 'La Fusion', is set for release on August 28. It was co-written, co-produced and mixed by Eastgate's old friend Alex Ridha, aka Boys Noize. Eastgate said:

"For a long time, I wanted to make stuff for your mind. This one is more for the mind and the body. I made this record to dance to. I haven’t really done one that you could put on and dance all the way through before."

On collaborating with Ridha since the late 2000s, "back when we were all pretty much teenagers," Eastgate added, "The reason I thought of Alex is because he’s doing such an innovative job in electronic music and I’m revisiting a style I haven’t done for a long time."

To marks the announcment, Eastgate has shared a new song, Ever No, a hypnotic synth-pop ballad that follows the previously unveiled title track in previewing the album. Head below to view the video, shot and directed by Joe Bird Jr in Joshua Tree, which shows the creation of the synth rider from the Into The Sky video.

LA Priest completed a run of intimate shows with a performance at London's Club Cheek last Monday (June 29), with further dates to be announced for later in the year.

2. No Other
