Shaun Ryder Reforms Black Grape for London's Get Loaded Show & Tickets

The British legend – ok some of you may not agree with that – Shaun Ryder has reformed Black Grape and the group are set to play their first concert in 12 years this April.
Ryder formed Black Grape back in 1993 with Happy Mondays bandmate Bez. The group’s debut album ‘It’s Great When You’re Straight…Yeah’ was released in 1995 and spawned three top 20 UK singles – Reverend Black Grape, Kelly’s Heroes and In The Name Of The Father.
The post-Happy Mondays band last performed together when Ryder, Danny Saber and rapper Kermit hit the stage back in 1998. Now, it has been revealed that the trio are preparing to reunite at London’s Coronet venue for the clubnight of Easter’s Get Loaded In The Dark gig on April 1st.
With more acts due to be announced, the Happy Mondays singer is excited about getting back together for the event as he and the lads have always been on good terms. He told NME.com "It's great, it's interesting, it's part two. I've had a break and now I'm back to do it. Danny Saber and I have a great working relationship and the time is right." In addition, Rapper Kermit has confirmed to appear alongside Ryder and Saber in the reformed band.
The return of Black Grape is no doubt going to be an extraordinary and exhilarating experience. Be prepared for wall-to-wall anthems and get yourself a ticket to welcome back one of the finest bands to emerge from the UK in the past 20 years!
