As Grand archives rehearse for their forthcoming UK & USA summer shows, their new free EP hits the web.
A delicious taste of what Grand Archives are all about, so cool so understated but believe me when I tell you they produce some of the most beautiful, well crafted slices of music you'll hear this or any year soon.
Hailing from the grundge mecca that is Seattle, USA - home to such alt-rock royalty as Soundgarden, Pearl Jam and Nirvana amongst others - Grand Archives are Mat Brooke (former guitarist of Band of Horses), Curtis Hall, Jeff Montano and Thomas Wright.
Their new album 'Keep In Mind Frankenstein', the follow up to their 2008 self-titled debut, is out now and Grand Archives are giving away their EP 'The Story So Far' for free on their website.
