Dag Nasty is an American melodic hardcore band from Washington D.C. currently consisting of Shawn Brown, Brian Baker, Roger Marbury and Colin Sears.
Formed in 1985, the band released their debut album, ‘Can I Say’, in 1986, via Dischord Records, followed by ‘Wig Out at Denko's’, in 1987. The band then signed with Giant Records and released ‘Field Day’, in 1988 before the band split. Reforming in 1991, they released their fourth album, ‘Four on the Floor’, in 1992, via Epitaph Records, before the band went their separate ways again. The band got back together in 2002 and released ‘Minority of One’, via Revelation Records. Dag Nasty heads to the UK for a series of shows in August, as part of their European tour.
