Islands are an indie-rock band from Montreal in Quebec, Canada. The line-up currently features Evan Gordon, Geordie Gordon, Adam Halferty and Nicholas Thorburn.

Formed back in 2005 by Thorburn and former member Jamie Thompson, Islands have released eight studio albums to date, the first being their 2006 debut 'Return To The Sea' and the latest 2021's 'Islomania'. Their new album, 'And That’s Why Dolphins Lost Their Legs', is expected to arrive in August 2023.
