James Martin, is a British TV chef, probably best known for presenting BBC’s ‘Saturday Kitchen’ since 2006.

He first appeared on television in 1996, on programmes such as ‘Ready, Steady, Cook’, and appeared on various programmes since, including his own show, ‘James Martin: Home Comforts’ on BBC One in 2014. In 2005, Martin appeared on the shows, ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.

Martin opened his restaurant, ‘The Leeds Kitchen’ in 2011, which closed in 2013, he also opened a restaurant inside The Talbot Hotel, in Malton, Yorkshire in 2012, and the James Martin Manchester in 2013.
