Benjamin Hammond Haggerty, formerly known as Professor Mack Lemore, presently known as Macklemore, is an American rapper and songwriter based in Kent, Washington.

Born in 1983, he would first start out rapping back in the early '00s, releasing his first full length, 'The Language of My World' way back in January 2005.

He shot to fame after collaborating with Ryan Lewis, with whom he would put out a platinum-selling album, 'The Heist', in 2012 - featuring the hit single Thrift Shop, the video for which has garnered more than 1.1 billion views on YouTube and won two Grammy Awards for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song in 2014.

After spending a number of years working with Ryan Lewis, which included their second record, 'This Unruly Mess I've Made', Macklemore would put out more solo music without Lewis in summer 2017 with the album 'Gemini', which he supported with a US tour.

He has recently announced a UK, Ireland and European tour to go with it in March and April 2018, including a date for Rock in Roma. Macklemore also co-headlines a tour with Kesha too. Catch him live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
