Matthew And The Atlas is a British modern folk band from Aldershot, led by Matt Hegarty, alongside James Drohan, Tommy Heap and Alex Roberts.

Hegarty released two EPs, ‘To The North’, and ‘Kingdom Of Your Own’ before his debut album, ‘Other Rivers’, hit the shelves, in 2014. He released the follow up, ‘Temple’, in April 2016, via Communion Records. since, fans have ben treated to the new 'Palace' EP in November 2017.

Hegarty and his band have headlined their own shows and tours across the UK and have supported Mumford and Sons on tour.
