Parkway Drive are an Australian metalcore band from Byron Bay, New South Wales, consisting of frontman Winston McCall, guitarists Jeff Ling and Luke Kilpatrick, drummer Ben Gordon and bassist Jia O’Connor.
Formed in 2002, the band released their debut album, ‘Killing with a Smile’, in 2005 and signed to Epitaph Records a year later. They dropped their second album ‘Horizons’ in 2007, followed by ‘Deep Blue’ in 2010 and ‘Atlas’ in 2012. The band put out ‘Ire’ in 2015, which reached #23 in the UK Albums Chart. May 2018 saw Parkway Drive return with a brand new LP, 'Reverence'. In January 2020, Parkway Drive released the documentary movie Viva The Underdogs, which details their 15-year rise to fame. Parkway Drive have toured across North America, the UK and their homeland of Australia. They have also played at festivals such as Rock in Roma and Download. Parkway Drive have rescheduled their UK and European tour dates to spring 2021 in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
