Parquet Courts are an American indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York, consisting of frontman Andrew Savage, his brother Max on drums, guitarist Austin Brown, and bassist Sean Yeaton.

Formed in 2010,the band released their debut album, 'American Specialities', in 2011, via limited vinyl and tape copies. Their sophomore record, 'Light Up Gold', hit shelves in 2012, and the following year, it found a much wider release.The band released their fifth album, ‘Human Performance’, in April 2016.

Having toured the UK in late 2013, the band would return the following year with their next record, 'Sunbathing Animal', and a brand new set of live dates for November 2014, splitting four dates between two monikers; 'Parkay Quarts' and 'PCPC', a joint effort with PC Worship. The band played Reading and Leeds Festival in 2015.

Parquet Courts have since put out a series of albums; 2016's 'Human Performance', 2017's collaboration with Daniele Luppi, 'Milano', and their latest record, 'Wide Awake', in May 2018. They tour the UK, Ireland and Europe through November, before a US tour which includes three shows with Snail Mail in January 2019.
