Ruston Kelly is a singer songwriter from Nashville, whose story twists and turns around rehadb, heartbreak, triumph, empty dive bars and packed venues, cowboy hats and Slayer t shirts.
Eventually, Kelly got himself together and proposed to his wife, and sorted out his sound - a mix of folk lyricism, grunge attitude, country heart and rock energy. His debut EP 'Halloween' earned acclaim from KCRW, Consequence of Sound, RELIX, Apple Music, and more, where the single Poison racked up over 516k Spotify streams. Gig-wise, he's supported the likes of the Lumineers and Robert Earl Keen, and has performed at Bonnaroo festival. He signed to Washington Square/Razor and Tie in 2017 and released his first full length 'Dying Star' released in July 2018. His second LP, 'Shape & Destroy', followed in 2020, with his third full-length, 'The Weakness' scheduled to arrive in April 2023. Ruston Kelly will accompany the release of his new record with The Weakness North American Tour in spring 2023.
