Soccer Mommy is the project of Nashville based Sophie Allison.
Hving played music since the age of six, and in her teenage years only posted songs online until she cut her teeth in her local DIY scene, going to shows and hanging out with other musicians.
Initially a bedroom project, Soccer Mommy is now a full-time band with a new studio-album debut, 'Clean', which gained high critical praise, and seemed a natural progression for the songwriter.
Fresh from supporting Phoebe Bridgers on tour in 2017, she's also announced UK headline dates surrounding the new album - hitting Leeds, London, Manchester and Brighton in March, and another cluster of UK dates in autumn. Catch her live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.

According to Soccer Mommy, guitar music is dead as a mode of pop. And that’s something that makes Sophie Allison’s music so intriguing. Her honest lyrics, about the insecurities of being a young woman, come across like a sweary Taylor Swift after a couple of pints of cider with Ed Sheeran. But she has no designs on the top 10. Her style of music places her firmly in the alternative world, where a voice such as hers has traditionally had to work harder to be taken seriously.
