Spacehog Tickets, Tour Dates & Concerts 2024/2025 ♫Last Updated: 12 Sep 2013 11:37pm
Spacehog is an American-English rock band that formed in New York City back in 1994. They're American-English because although they formed in New York, all its members - brothers Royston Langdon and Antony Langdon, bassist Jonny Cragg, guitarist Richard Steel, and drummer Timo Ellis - are actually from Leeds. Quickly impressing soon after getting together, they signed a deal with Sire Records later in '94.
Their debut album 'Resident Alien' hit shelves in 1995, and went on to hit #40 in the UK, and Top 40 in their native Canada (it's since gone on to be ranked platinum there). This was their most successful record, and though they released two more, the band fizzled out and split in 2002. Fans were happy to see them return in 2008, and in 2013 they finally put out a new record with 'As It Is on Earth'. You can catch them touring the UK in October - check below to find tickets.
