Sweethead are an American alt-rock outfit hailing from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2008, the band consists of singer Serrina Sims, former Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen, ex-Handsome/Mark Lanegan Band bassist Eddie Nappi, and drummer Norm Block - previously of Plexi/Mark Lanegan Band.
Signed to The End Records, the band would release their self-titled debut album in 2009, and soon found themselves touring across North America, Europe, and the UK, including slots sharing the stage with the likes of Eagles of Death Metal, as well as sets at Download Festival and Reading & Leeds.
