The Sunshine Underground are an English dance rock band from Leeds, consisting of Craig Wellington, Stuart Jones and Matthew Gwilt.
Formed in 2000, their debut album ‘ Raise the Alarm’, was released in 2006, followed by ‘Nobody's Coming to Save You’ in 2010, and a self-titled album in 2014. The band are set to release their final album in 2016, alongside a farewell tour, before the they disband. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the UK, and have played festivals such as Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds, and T in the Park. The Sunshine Underground have announced a farewell tour for October and have unveiled Glasgow and Leeds Christmas shows.
