Alberta Cross is a project by Petter Ericson Stakee, a singer-songwriter from Uppsala, Sweden.
The project originally began as a duo, formed in 2005 after Stakee met his former collaborator Terry Wolfers at a bar in East London. The band released four albums together before Wolfers' departure in 2013, with Stakee continuing Alberta Cross as a solo endeavour. With a discography now spanning six studio records, he is due to drop his seventh, 'Sinking Ships', in March 2023. Alberta Cross will headline London's Omeara on April 4, 2023.
