Betty Boo—real name Alison Moira Clarkson—is a singer-songwriter from London.

First rising to fame in the 1980s, she released her Platinum-selling debut album 'Boomania' in 1990, followed by 'GRRR! It's Betty Boo' in 1992. 30 years later, she followed them up with her third LP 'Boomerang' in 2022.

Also a successful songwriter, she has penned tracks for the likes of Girls Aloud, Dannii Minogue, The Tweenies and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
