Blancmange are an English synthpop band from Harrow, Middlesex, currently consisting of frontman Neil Arthur. Past members have included Stephen Luscombe and Laurence Stevens.
Formed in 1979, the band released their debut album, ‘Happy Families’, in 1982, which hit #30 in the UK Albums Chart, but it was their second album, ‘Mange Tout’, which gave them their greatest success, reaching #8. The band released, ‘Believe You Me’, in 1985, before disbanding. The band returned in 2006, releasing a further six albums, including their latest, ‘Commuter 23’, in 2016. 'Unfurnished Rooms' dropped in September 2017, which they supported with UK shows. Their latest, 'Wanderlust', arrived in October 2018 which they supported with headline shows.
