The Cooler is a venue that can quite often be found a quarter full with uncomfortable teenagers, despite the fact that it often puts on really great bands you’d imagine hordes of people would be travelling from all over to see. After arriving early for Neon Indian, seeing that regular scene and gliding towards the stage, it was a pleasant surprise to find myself in a completely packed room by the time the band walked on.

Seattle-based neo-soul artist Anomie Belle has announced the release of her new EP ‘Machine’, which is due out on 5th December. The EP features collaborations with Ian Pickering of The Sneaker Pimps and rapper Mr Lif, who appears on lead single ‘Machine’. The track, which can be heard below in an accompanying video, was included on Anomie’s recent album ‘The Crush’.

Earlier today, Stereoboard reported that George Michael has rescheduled his cancelled October 26th show at Royal Albert Hall and rescheduled it for May 2nd 2012. However, George has now been forced to cancel shows in Cardiff on Saturday 26th November and Sunday 27th November due to his ongoing illness with pneumonia. The two Cardiff dates will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
