Linkin Park Release Second Single From ‘A Thousand Suns’.

Californian Rockers Linkin Park have released ‘Waiting for the End’ today. The single is the second to be released from their latest record, ‘A Thousand Suns’.
The band have been teasing audiences all week on their official website (www.linkinpark.com), originally posting a promotional picture announcing the release, followed yesterday by a thirty second sneak peak at the video.
The music video is directed by Joe Hahn, a member of the band. He has also previously directed the videos for other Linkin Park releases, including smash hits ‘Numb’ and ‘Somewhere I belong’. The preview clip depicts the band members in a computerised world, where the camera pans round in Matrix-inspired slow motion shots. The video is due to be exclusively played in its entirety for MTV on October 8th.
‘A Thousand Suns’ has been given mixed reviews despite achieving the top chart spot in America and more than a dozen European countries. The album peaked at number two in the UK albums chart.
Linkin Park have recently embarked on a mammoth worldwide tour, and are due to play five dates in the UK during November.
