Introducing Californian Five-Piece Young The Giant

Young The Giant, a five-piece Californian band, are releasing their debut single 'Apartment' in the UK in the new year.
Five twenty-somethings from a variety of ethnic backgrounds – Indian, Persian, British and French-Canadian among them - they write beautiful, sun-tinged Californian pop songs that look set to explode onto the UK music scene in 2011.
The band have uploaded a couple of acoustic tracks (filmed in the most stunning locations in California/Utah) to YouTube that give a little insight into the new record. These are quite stripped back but hopefully give you a little introduction to the band. Check out two Young The Giant songs below.
The band are set to come into the UK for some shows in early February, with the debut album set for UK release in late spring/early summer.
