Young The Giant have announced their In The Open 2025 Acoustic Tour.
The California indie-pop group will unplug for concerts in beautiful spaces and venues around the US, kicking off on August 15 in Honolulu, Hawaii and wrapping up on October 7 with a performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado.
Support will come from Cold War Kids, Saint Motel, and Cassandra Coleman on select dates. Tickets for all shows go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (June 6). The band said:
"In The Open has been our superpower as a band since we started playing music together. There's something so thrilling about reimagining our music in a way that's more improvised, less controlled, and in a place you wouldn't expect. We're hoping to bring this feeling to you in our new tour Young the Giant: In The Open. While we can't play a full set for you under a bridge or on a cliffside, we hope these beautiful intimate venues will give you the same feeling."
Ahead of the tour, Young The Giant will play a number of US festivals, alongside headline shows and dates supporting The Lumineers in New York and Boston over the coming months. They also have two album anniversary shows lined up at The Troubadour in Los Angeles, where they'll run through their self-titled debut in full on September 4, and 'Mind Over Matter' on September 5. Tickets are on sale now.
The band released their latest studio album, 'American Bollywood', in 2022.
