'I'd Be Up For Oasis Biopic', Says Liam Gallagher

Mancunian rocker Liam Gallagher has revealed that he wants to make a biopic film about Oasis’ career, spanning from the earliest beginnings to their abrupt end in 2009.

Liam, who is currently already working on a film with his own production company 1 Productions Company, wants to tell the whole story of Oasis (though if Noel isn’t in on the film, we’d probably see a very biased version of the tale!) – but admitted that he doesn’t want to end the film on a low, so would start the film with the band’s notorious break-up in Paris.

Liam explained: “Sometimes, when we've had a few drinks, we sit about telling stories and talk about putting them in an Oasis film. I'd be up for that. But I'd start it with Paris.

“I wouldn't want it to end on such a bummer. I'd start at the end and work my way backwards. It'd be a long film but it'd be a film worth watching, believe me. It'd be a funny film and all.”

Liam is currently working on a film about Derek Taylor, a publicist for the Beatles who passed away in 1997.
