The Rifles and Shed Seven for New Year’s Eve at This Feeling

London club night This Feeling have announced the line-up for their New Year’s Eve Extravaganza at the Vibe Bar in Brick Lane. Among the entertainment on offer will be acoustic sets from The Rifles, Shed Seven’s Rick Witter and Paul Banks, and former Seahorses frontman Chris Helme, all of whom will be leading a bill of music to take you into 2012.
New Year’s Eve at This Feeling, which is set to run from 8pm until 4am, will also see live performances by London bands Buster Shuffle and Dexters, as well as DJ sets from the likes of XFM’s Steve Harris.
Shed Seven are currently midway through their ‘A Maximum High’ Tour, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the band’s second album. ‘A Maximum High’ reached Number Eight in the UK Albums Chart upon its 1996 release and included the singles ‘Getting Better’, ‘On Standby’ and their Top 10 hit ‘Going for Gold’. The current tour is due to come to an end with two homecoming dates at York’s Barbican Centre next week. Shed Seven’s Rick Witter and Paul Banks will be performing DJ sets at This Feeling in addition to their acoustic performance, as will The Rifles.
