The Fray Frontman Isaac Slade Hoping To 'Punch The Killers' Brandon Flowers In The Mouth'

Isaac Slade, frontman and vocalist of alternative rockers The Fray, hasn’t taken kindly to some of the comments made by The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers – and has revealed how he’d like to ‘punch the singer in the mouth’!

Apparently, Slade is more than unhappy after watching footage on YouTube of Flowers toying with the audience at one of his band’s concerts – which shows him comparing a quiet crowd to fans at a Fray gig. So, instead of trading insults with the singer – Slade has decided he’d rather just punch him in the mouth.

“When we started making the album, I saw footage on YouTube of Brandon getting mad at a Killers crowd who were a little sedate,” Slade told the Daily Star. “Brandon was yelling, 'Come on, stand up and dance. This isn't a fucking Fray show'.

“All I could do was laugh because that's true - we do have a very thoughtful, sensitive crowd who don't get to dance much. Still, I'll pay Brandon back for picking on our fans. Next time I see him I'll have to punch him in the mouth.”

One place Slade will find Flowers is at this year’s V Festival, where The Killers headlining. If you need tickets to the August festival, check the link below.
