This Sunday sees Takedown 2012’s inaugural year at Southampton University, after a one year hiatus. Trying to rival the likes of Slam Dunk and Hit The Deck Festival, this year’s event is headlined by UK ragga metal giants Skindred with over 30 other acts across four stages.
Joining Skindred, among others, are Deaf Havana and Lower Than Atlantis, both of whom were handpicked by pop-punkers You Me At Six to support on their extensive UK tour last Autumn.
In addition, Canterbury, whose infectious pop-rock inspired The Blackout to take them out on the road, Blitz Kids, who supported Kids in Glass Houses on their October UK tour, and local champions Bury Tomorrow.
Takedown 2012 Tickets are still available at £22.50, with doors opening at 13.30 on Sunday 18th March. For more information, please visit Takedown's Official Facebook Page.
