Orbital Ask 'Where Is It Going?' With Stephen Hawking At Paralympic Opening Ceremony

In front of the 80,000-strong audience at last night’s London 2012 Paralympic opening ceremony Orbital were joined live onstage by none other than Britain’s most eminent living scientist, Professor Stephen Hawking, for an exclusive performance of their new single ‘Where Is It Going?’ and a mash-up with The Blockheads ‘Spasticus Autisticus.’

The track is taken from Orbital’s current album ‘Wonky,’ which received glowing reviews around the world. Indeed the album and live shows have not only seen the return of the loyal Orbital following but has excited a new generation of fans who wondered what the fuss was all about.

Orbital’s new single ‘Where Is It Going?’ is out now on ACP/ADA Recordings (via Warner Music Artist & Label Services). Available as a download with the following mixes:

1. Where Is It Going? (Radio Edit)
2. Where Is It Going? (Live Style Mix)
3. Where Is It Going? (Steve Mac & Phil Hartnoll Dub Mix)
