Canadian rockers Danko Jones have unveiled the brand new music video for their track ‘Just a Beautiful Day’ - you can check it out below.
A black and white, back to basics performance video that matches the theme of their new album ‘Rock And Roll Is Black And Blue’, the video stands in stark contrast to the star studded video trilogy that accompanied the singles for their previous album. It was directed by the Diamond Brothers, who were responsible for the recent Danko Jones documentary ‘Bring On The Mountain’, as well as the aforementioned video trilogy.
Their latest album was released in Europe two weeks ago and entered the charts in no less than 10 territories, peaking at #3 in Sweden. This is the band’s highest ever album chart entry and trumped new releases by The Killers, Mumford & Sons and several high profile domestic artists.
After just completing a short but successful run of shows in the US, the band are now gearing up for a European tour starting the week after next, which will be followed by a string of dates in their native Canada.
