Vampire Weekend have revealed via their official website that their new studio album will be released in the US on 7th May and in the UK on 6th May on XL Recordings.

If you head over to Vampire Weekend's website, you may notice the letters MVOTC in the bottom left corner of the flashing images advertising the album's release date. Could this be a cryptic clue as to what the album's title is? As yet there is no explanation what the letters mean.
Check back to Stereoboard for further updates on Vampire Weekend's new album. Hopefully a new tour announcement too.
