Secondary ticket market site Stubhub UK - a subsidiary of eBay - has teamed up with Crown Talent and Media Group to become the official ticket marketplace for their big name acts, like Jessie J.
The move is said to be the first deal of its kind to hit the UK and will allow Stubhub to sell face-value tickets plus fees for events involving Crown artists, which include Union J and their 2013/14 tour, the Fusion Festival, as well as Jessie J’s 2013 tour.
It’ll also see Stubhub receiving a number of other benefits, including promotions like VIP experiences and exclusives, while also giving them an edge over the competition.
Stubhub are hoping to improve on their partnerships among the live music, sport, and entertainment industries, and have also secured partnerships with O2 and AEG, as well as a number of Premiership football and rugby clubs.
StubHub’s International Director of Partnerships Nick Harford has commented:
“We are delighted to be partnering with Crown Talent and Media Group and are excited about supporting the new Fusion Festival, as well as leading and emerging talents in Jessie J and Union J.
