Avenged Sevenfold have been confirmed as Friday night headliners for Download Festival 2014.
The metal giants, who earlier this year scored a #1 album in the UK with 'Hail To The King', will take the stage on June 13 for a maiden headline slot at a festival on this side of the pond.
Main support will come from horror rocker Rob Zombie, with earlybird tickets for the festival currently available at £10 less than a pass for the 2013 event. That offer ends on November 8 - check below for more details.
